Інвазивні процедури підвищують приблизно на 0,5 % ризик втрати вагітності через викидень і тому рекомендуються лише мамам із підвищеним ризиком ураження малюка генетичною вадою. Метою інвазивних обстежень є отримання матеріалу для генетичного дослідження, яке підтвердить або виключить генетичну ваду малюка.

У нашому центрі ми пропонуємо Вам дві найпоширеніші та необхідні процедури: CVS (забір хоріонних ворсин плаценти) та амніоцентез (забір навколоплідних вод). CVS проводиться між 11-м та 14-м тижнем вагітності, амніоцентез можна проводити лише з 15-го тижня вагітності. Ризиковість обох процедур однакова — як CVS, так і амніоцентез підвищують приблизно на 0,5 % ризик викидня.

Ми використовуємо найсучасніші прилади, а провідна лікарка центру, MUDr. Вероніка Фрісова, пройшла навчання з проведення інвазивних процедур безпосередньо у проф. Ніколаїдеса в Лондоні та є однією з лише двох чеських власників сертифікату FMF на проведення інвазивних процедур. Завдяки її досвіду забезпечується висока безпека процедури, ризик викидня є мінімальним.

Перші результати інвазивних процедур, які виключать або підтвердять найпоширеніші генетичні вади малюка, ми повідомимо Вам у нашому центрі протягом 48 годин після процедури, повні результати — через 2–3 тижні.
